Cal Poly Humboldt may award credit for prior learning based on demostrated knowledge, skills, and evidence of learning-not soley on experience. Cal Poly Humboldt is commited to helping students validate and shall be rewarded for what they already know. 

To recieve credit for prior learning, complete this form to request evaluation of the portfolio. Submit your request to the Office of Records & Registration along with your portfolio within the first two weeks of the semester.

 DO NOT register for classes you want credit for.
