If you are not able to access the e-form, you may submit a Graduation Date Change PDF Form

If your original graduation date has passed (Fall 2023 or before) you will be charged a late graduation date change fee of $25. If you are paying via Cash Net (credit card or e-check), continue to the e-form.  Late Graduation Date Change

If you are paying via check, money order, or in person, please submit payment to the Cashier's Office first, then complete the e-form using the receipt number from the Cashier's Office.

If your original graduation date is Spring 2024 or later : On-time Graduation Date Change
