We're checking in to see if you figured out a way to get internet to work remotely. Our apologies if you've already informed us of your status. We just want to make sure everyone is taken care of.

 

We have obtained a limited number of hotspots and can arrange for curb-side pick-up outside of Gist Hall (call 707-826-4200 to arrange) or can mail you one (email help@humboldt.edu with your mailing address).

 

If you prefer to use your cell data, many cell companies are offering unlimited data to existing customers: https://its.humboldt.edu/work-from-home#internet. 

 

If you found an internet provider for your home, the University may be able to reimburse you for additional data costs if you are able to increase your data plan during this time to use for telecommuting. To request reimbursement approval, see the Purchasing Related to COVID-19 section of the Instructions on Purchases and Travel Cancellations email.
