As a user of Adobe CC 2018 applications, you may already have discovered that you can't open some files created in Adobe CC 2019, particularly InDesign and Premiere Pro. Problems may also occur opening and/or editing files that use new features introduced in Adobe CC 2019. This is happening because Adobe has not made Adobe CC 2019 available for device- and serial-based licensed machines, and it is licenses of this type that are currently installed in computer labs and most offices at HSU.
We don't yet have a date for when a serialized version of Adobe CC 2019 will be available so, for the time being, you may need to use Adobe CC 2018 to open files created elsewhere on campus. If your access to a named user license and Adobe CC 2018 has been removed through updating to Adobe CC 2019, you can reinstall Adobe CC 2018 and have both versions available.
